Job Summary
Provide positive leadership and direction for patient care while supervising licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shifts. Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to the care team. Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment. React to emergency situations appropriately when required. Available every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in good standing with the state
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
- CPR certified
- Reliable transportation
