Nurse Supervisor RN

Supervise and direct the work of RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and CNAs in the skilled nurse setting while assessing resident needs at move-in and evaluating conditions to promote functional independence. Facilitate nursing care for all residents, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to resident and family care needs in a timely manner. Utilize the nursing process to identify conditions requiring physician evaluation, report significant medical changes to Team Members and physicians, and carry out physician orders while documenting interventions and outcomes. Accurately receive and transcribe physician orders, perform direct nursing services including medication administration and personal care, and complete risk management, progress notes, and service plans. Coordinate the residents' plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and family members.
