Job Summary
Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees to oversee care services for Interim HealthCare patients. Use clinical decision-making to guide the home care team in managing assigned patient populations while following accepted clinical standards. Provide case management in the field when needed and contribute to business growth by supporting external customers. Requires an active Minnesota RN license with two years of experience, one year supervisory experience, and ability to travel within the Twin Cities service area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Minnesota
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as an RN
- At least one (1) year supervisory experience
- Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- CPR Certification
