Job Summary
RN House Supervisor needed in Arlington, VA to oversee the nursing department in the DON’s absence for a 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities include reviewing shift staffing and assigning/replacing staff to meet patient care needs, completing patient care rounds, coordinating admissions/transfers/discharges with appropriate documentation, assisting in orientation of evening and night shift employees, and supervising/evaluating evening and night shift staff. Requires a licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and experience in an acute setting. Benefits include health/dental/vision and life insurance, PTO, and a 401K plan.
Required Qualifications

- Strong leadership and supervision skills
