Job Summary
Oversee evening shift nursing staff and monitor residents' health conditions, administering medications and overseeing treatment plans for those with complex medical needs, dementia, or cognitive impairments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care plans. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, assisting the Director of Nursing in implementing policies, improving care standards, and addressing unit concerns. Provide leadership in staff development, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment. Work full-time evening shifts with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Nursing experience in long-term care, dementia care, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
