Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate nursing department operations during the evening shift, providing clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to individualized care plans while monitoring staff performance for coaching and mentorship. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations by completing and reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes and respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed. Participate in staff development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
