Nurse Supervisor

Oversee nursing staff by supervising daily physician and task assignments, participating in hiring, and managing personnel operations including performance appraisals and time clock reporting. Coordinate required training and competencies while providing leadership through coaching, feedback, and corrective action plans. Evaluate nursing service quality with physicians to identify improvement opportunities and monitor staff utilization through direct observation and peer reviews. Order all clinical supplies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement program services. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current RN license, and four years of hospital experience with two years in management. Work 36 clinical hours weekly within a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on enhancing patient outcomes.
