Job Summary
Coordinate and organize personnel and resources to meet patient care functions in a cost-effective manner. Collaborate on crisis management, interpret policies, and ensure communication between individuals and departments. Represent organizational leadership across all venues on a 24-hour basis to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team. This part-time, rotating role supports the nursing resource pool at Dearborn Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center ranked among Michigan's Top 10 Hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience
- One year of relevant formal nursing leadership experience (external applicants)
- One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience (internal applicants)
- MI Registered Nurse (RN)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)
