Nurse Supervisor-Per Diem - Nursing Administration - Vineland

Coordinate a variety of activities and establish priorities while serving as the administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekends, evenings, and night shifts. Resolve problems affecting individuals within the hospital by accessing department heads, physicians, and administrative staff as needed. Maintain the continuity of high-quality nursing care standards for newborns, children, adolescents, and adults while monitoring personnel performance and overseeing cost containment in the absence of Nursing Managers. Requires a BSN, three years of acute care RN experience, and current New Jersey licensure with BLS and ACLS certifications.
