Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor on Night Shift responsible for allocating staff per shift, coordinating patient care on the assigned unit, and supervising nursing staff; communicates shifts concerns to appropriate staff and leaders, notifies Nursing leadership and HR for identified learning needs, assists in risk assessments and investigations, and ensures nursing practice meets established policies. Requires a Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and supervisory experience to manage personnel and clinical operations in a post-acute care setting.
