Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor (LPN) leading a clinical team in an adult day care setting in Dorchester or Cambridge, MA. Oversees RNs/LPNs, staffing, and regulatory compliance while delivering person-centered care and coordinating medications, treatments, and medical appointments. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, performance management, staff orientation and ongoing development. Requires MA LPN licensure; leadership and collaboration skills are essential. Full-time role with weekday schedule, no weekends or evenings, including a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN licensure (required)
- 2 years of management experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years working with adults in a healthcare setting (preferred)
