Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor role overseeing day-to-day nursing operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring high-quality resident care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring staffing and workflow, supporting admissions/transfers/discharges, supervising medication administration and documentation, addressing staff performance issues, ensuring compliance with policies and survey readiness, and providing clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff. Requires active RN or LPN license in the state and prior supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active RN or LPN license in the state
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
