Nurse Supervisor - Infusion

Nurse Supervisor will administer nursing services and supervise staff in the infusion/heathcare setting. Responsible for direct and indirect skilled nursing care, management of physician orders, staff development, orientation and competency, patient care coordination, timely nursing documentation for regulatory compliance and billing, and collaboration with the nurse manager/operations to implement policies and improve service delivery. Requires coordinating patient care with scheduling and clinical coordination, ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining certifications/accreditations, and maintaining clinical/administrative oversight. The role involves driving to patient homes when needed, participating in on-call rotations, and working in an in-office environment. Education requirements include a BSN (MSN preferred) and an active RN license (multistate license acceptable with willingness to obtain VA licensure if needed). Must have at least 2 years of nursing practice in related infusion/home health areas and at least 1 year of supervisory/administrative experience in the last 5 years. Strong knowledge of vascular access, IV therapies, and infusion protocols is expected, along with proficient MS Office skills.
