Nurse Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor role with clinical oversight and caregiver-support responsibilities in a private duty home care setting. Responsibilities include client assessments and reassessments, developing and overseeing plans of care, supervisory visits and clinical documentation, guidance during changes in condition, CHHA competency evaluations, caregiver orientation and training, and community education/outreach (lunch-and-learns, wellness talks, and education for families and referral partners on aging, dementia care, fall prevention, and aging in place). Ideal candidate has experience in home care, geriatrics, hospice, rehabilitation, or case management, strong public speaking and presentation skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, reliable local transportation, and holds an active NJ RN license. Location: Clifton, NJ with a flexible hybrid schedule and partial on-site/remote work; compensation includes a $250/month Director of Nursing retainer plus $65/hour for clinical work, up to ~30 hours per month initially with potential growth.
