Nurse Supervisor - FT

Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing functions during evening and night shifts. Delegate authority and responsibility for selected programs across all nursing departments. Make staffing decisions and arrange unit coverage consistent with patient acuity and available resources. Manage hiring and oversight of Resource Team and PRN employees. Provide clinical guidance, support, and feedback to influence patient care while maintaining strict confidentiality of medical records. Engage in management activities including disciplinary action when necessary. Collaborate with bed control to assess availability and ensure appropriate patient placement.
