Job Summary
Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel during the evening shift, managing care delivery in accordance with company philosophy, professional standards, and federal/state regulations. Create a comforting atmosphere for residents while demonstrating detail-oriented clinical knowledge to exceed their and staff needs. Lead and mentor the team by promoting interdisciplinary communication and fostering collaboration on resident care plans. This full-time role at Hickory Creek at New Castle supports the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence within American Senior Communities. Candidates must hold an Indiana RN or LPN license and graduate from an accredited nursing school.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
