Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor role overseeing nursing care, treatment, and services on a unit or shift within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsible for supervising staff, providing on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling, while ensuring integration of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Requires coordination between administration, nursing management, and staff, with emphasis on leadership, patient advocacy, and building patient relationships to support successful recovery. Must maintain current RN licensure and achieve BLS; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within one year. Two years of inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience are preferred. The role involves leading a team to deliver compassionate, top-tier care and leveraging collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
