Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor leading patient care programs, supervising nursing care on a unit/shift, serving as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff, and guiding performance, evaluations, and discipline. Requires active RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within one year, CRRN within a year, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred, with two years inpatient leadership experience; role emphasizes implementing procedures, delivering compassionate, tailored care, and fostering team collaboration in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Located in Alvarado, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity
