Job Summary
Lead nursing care on assigned shifts or unit; supervise staff; develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures; act as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff; monitor and manage staff performance with on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and discipline; provide compassionate, tailored patient care and build meaningful relationships to support recovery; requires RN licensure; BLS and ACLS within one year; CRRN within a year; inpatient hospital experience; prior leadership experience; join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
