Job Summary
As a Nurse Supervisor, lead and coordinate nursing care on the unit by developing and implementing personalized patient care programs and procedures; serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff; supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts; provide on-the-spot feedback and annual evaluations, and conduct performance counseling and discipline as needed; build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery, and champion collaborative, evidence-based care within a team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification within a year of meeting eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse) with accountability for patient and staff results
