Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This role requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
