Job Summary
Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services across assigned shifts or units. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, managing team performance through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care duties as needed to build meaningful relationships focused on physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification

- CRRN certification
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity
