Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor leading care programs, supervising nursing care on assigned shifts or unit, and serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Responsibilities include supervising care and services, monitoring staff performance, providing on-the-spot feedback and evaluations, and building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity
