Job Summary
Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing personnel through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed to build meaningful relationships focused on physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. This role requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift positions.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- CRRN certification
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity
