Nurse Supervisor

Coordinate and oversee nursing care for patients recovering from major illness or injury, supervising nursing staff and managing daily assignments. Support clinical decision-making by mentoring nurses, promoting best practices, and supporting staff education. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to help drive continuous improvement in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment. Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction while leading clinical teams in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
