Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor responsible for developing and implementing personalized patient care programs and procedures, serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, supervising nursing care during assigned shifts or a unit, and providing on-site leadership to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. The role includes monitoring staff performance, providing on-the-spot feedback and evaluations, and addressing issues to support successful patient recovery. The position emphasizes teamwork, leadership in a rehabilitation-focused inpatient setting, and ongoing opportunities for professional growth and education. Responsibilities include patient relationship-building, ensuring adherence to care protocols, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver tailored rehabilitation services. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with accountability for patient and staff results
