Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor leading nursing care and staff on an inpatient rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, supervising nursing care and services during shifts, providing on-the-spot feedback and conducting evaluations and performance counseling, and building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery. Requires current RN licensure and leadership experience; BLS and ACLS to be obtained within one year; CRRN to be obtained within a year. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. On-site role located in New Llano, LA with benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification (ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position)
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead) with accountability for patient and staff results
