Nurse Supervisor

Oversee nursing staff and manage daily assignments for patients recovering from major illness or injury in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Coordinate and supervise clinical teams to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction while supporting clinical decision-making. Mentor nurses, promote best practices, support staff education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to drive continuous improvement in a patient-centered environment.
