Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including providing on-the-spot feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed while building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey.
