Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts. Monitor and manage staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed to build meaningful relationships focused on physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Current RN licensure required with BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year. Bachelor's degree preferred with two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership role such as charge nurse required. Competitive salary with $10,000 sign-on bonus.
