Nurse Supervisor

Coordinate and oversee nursing care for patients recovering from major illness or injury, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. Supervise nursing staff, manage daily assignments, and support clinical decision-making while collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team. Mentor nurses, promote best practices, support staff education, and help drive continuous improvement in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment. Lead clinical teams in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
