Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing personalized patient care programs and policies while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or specific units, monitoring staff performance through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care duties as needed to build meaningful relationships focused on physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. This role supports Encompass Health's mission as a national leader in post-acute care with over 150 locations.
