Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed to build meaningful relationships with patients, dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way while ensuring seamless procedure implementation. Requires current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
