Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or specific units, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed to build meaningful relationships focused on physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
