Job Summary
Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed to build meaningful relationships with patients, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Full-time night shift position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- CRRN certification
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity
