Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor – Crisis Care Center responsible for nursing oversight of LPNs, CNAs, and clients in a 24-hour crisis care facility. Oversees direct clinical services (medication administration, insulin management, treatments), comprehensive assessments, documentation, and development of individualized care plans. Supervises clinical staff, provides shift reporting, ensures compliance with safety, infection control, emergency response, and regulatory standards, and supports crisis interventions. Requires RN licensure in Washington; HIV education and continuing education credits to maintain licensure. Mental health and crisis-care experience preferred; shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Salary opportunity highlighted as $100,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensed to practice in the State of Washington
- Experience in staff supervision and team leadership is required
- HIV education (state mandated) and continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements
- Must be licensed in the State of Washington to practice as an RN
- Mental Health experience is preferred
- Experience with unhoused individuals and/or individuals in crisis is preferred
