Nurse Supervisor

Coordinate and organize personnel and resources to meet patient care functions in a cost-effective manner. Collaborate on crisis management, interpret policies and procedures, and ensure timely communication between individuals and departments. Represent organizational leadership across all venues on a 24-hour basis to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team. Support the nursing resource pool at Grosse Pointe Hospital by collaborating with diverse staff from RNs, NAs, and Sitters across different units. Work the night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) for 20 weekly hours with a variable schedule and every other weekend.
