Job Summary
Support the Resident Services Director by implementing department functions, establishing medication systems, and completing daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Schedule and supervise staff, maintain a staggered schedule with rotational on-call coverage, and provide training and orientation for new employees. Perform activities of daily living assistance, conduct resident assessments, and prioritize tasks to meet changing needs while communicating effectively with families, physicians, and department heads. Report safety or quality issues to leadership and drive responsibilities using company or personal vehicles. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN/LPN/LVN
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
- Completion of all state required training to maintain licensure or certification
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to clearly communicate in English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present to a small group setting or in a one-on-one basis
- Ability to perform simple calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, decimals, and common fractions)
- Ability to work flexible hours due to the demands of the position
- Valid driver's license
- Compliance with Company's Motor Vehicle Policy standards
