Job Summary
Manage assigned Ambulatory Clinic staff, ensuring adequate training for new hires and ongoing development for existing personnel. Maintain clinical quality, safety, and financial performance for your division while promoting a patient and family-centered care model. Provide feedback, coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews for all assigned staff. Monitor expenses, justify capital and operational needs, and collaborate with nursing leadership to support the integrated model of care. Participate in quality improvement projects and nursing research to improve clinical outcomes and evidence-based pediatric nursing practices. Ensure site readiness with regulatory agencies and maintain compliance with all safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- actively enrolled in a BSN program with a completion date within 12 months of hire
- 3 years of Nursing experience
- State of Florida Nursing License
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Must have the ability to work well with others
- good communication skills
- regular attendance
