Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. This role supports Encompass Health's mission as a trusted leader in post-acute care with over 150 nationwide locations. Current RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field are preferred.
