Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. The position is open to candidates with a BLS certification and those who can obtain ACLS and CRRN certifications within a year.
