Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed, building relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a BSN, and ACLS/CRRN certifications within one year.
