Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through feedback, evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed to build meaningful relationships that support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Serve as a critical leader ensuring seamless procedure implementation and celebrating patient victories within a growing national inpatient rehabilitation team.
