Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Obtain ACLS and CRRN certifications within one year of starting, holding current RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
