Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed while building meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This role requires current RN licensure, a BLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on leadership within Encompass Health's growing national inpatient rehabilitation network.
