Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through feedback, annual evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed to build meaningful relationships with patients, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Assist in the development of care protocols and celebrate patient victories throughout the rehabilitation journey. This role requires current RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on leading a team in Encompass Health's post-acute care network.
