Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, including monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery.
