Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care and services across assigned shifts or units. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to ensure seamless operational flow. Manage nursing teams through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed, building relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a BSN, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, with leadership in a charge nurse capacity preferred.
