Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through feedback, evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within one year.
