Nurse Supervisor

Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit while assisting in developing personalized patient care programs and policies. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to ensure seamless implementation of procedures. Monitor and manage staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling.
